Most of you know
that I like to challenge myself artistically and my latest painting is
by far my most challenging painting due to compositional complexity and
it's huge size. But how can you possibly hope to capture
a painting of one of the worlds most awesome events on a small canvas?
I don't think you can - That's why I am painting this one a huge 50inches
wide! The image above shows the painting in it's very early stages -

I'm really excited to be able to announce that A selection of my tiger
paintings will be published in the latest book by author and anthropologist
- Alexander Dolitsky - Director of the Alaska-Siberia Research Center (AKSRC). I've
had the privilege of reading the 1st draft and it is going to be an excellent
book!
The book concentrates on Folktale's of the Russian Far East,
due out August 2008.

Well after a long time planning work is about to start on my new studio!
It's going to be an exciting but messy time - no doubt (hope to post
some images soon).
